Canopy by Hilton

Element FIT-OUT, recognized for its in-depth understanding of international brand requirements and proven expertise in successfully implementing global standards, is embarking on a new large-scale project. The company will carry out the fit-out works and installation of mechanical engineering systems for the Canopy by Hilton hotel.

The project is being developed on Kote Abkhazi Street, in the historic district of Old Tbilisi. It will offer guests an experience based on international hospitality standards while reflecting a distinctive local cultural identity. The hotel will comprise 114 guestrooms, five above-ground floors, a rooftop terrace, and two underground levels.

Element FIT-OUT will execute works across a total area of 9, 200 sq.m. The hotel's infrastructure will include a range of public and business-oriented facilities, such as a bar with an open kitchen, a wine tasting area, a library, meeting and conference rooms, fitness facilities, open terraces, administrative areas, and extensive technical infrastructure designed to ensure the seamless operation of the property. Particular emphasis within the project is placed on the effective integration of engineering systems.
